Ergzo provides an AI-powered ergonomic assessment platform that enables users to evaluate musculoskeletal risks using validated assessment tools including REBA, RULA, ROSA, NIOSH, and others. The Service is intended for use by qualified safety professionals, ergonomists, EHS teams, and managers.
Ergzo is a professional risk assessment tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. Assessment results should be interpreted by qualified professionals and are intended to support — not replace — professional ergonomic judgment.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Ergzo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of assessment data and reports you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Ergzo a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ergzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to workplace injuries, decisions made based on assessment results, or loss of data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
